Rotating wooden house

Nature is dynamic, responding to changing conditions whether it be a flower opening and closing its petals or a tree growing in a different direction to get better exposure to the sun. If solar panels result in excess energy being produced should buildings have kinetic facades enabling truly site responsive architecture?
